For this vibrant Bar Mitzvah celebration, the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove was completely reimagined as a sun-drenched Newport escape, channeling the effortless charm of New England summers the family holds dear. The décor unfolded in a palette of crisp whites, nautical blues, and spirited touches of red and green, layered with playful boardwalk references that felt both nostalgic and fresh. Elevated yet relaxed, the atmosphere struck a perfect balance between coastal polish and carefree seaside glamour.

At the heart of the ballroom, a fully immersive 360-degree design anchored the experience, drawing guests into a lively central hub that evolved throughout the evening.

Captain’s Candy Shop made a grand debut later in the celebration, encircled by a rope-detailed bar positioned beside the dance floor to keep the energy high and the party flowing. Across the room, a custom sofa vignette sat against a postcard-style backdrop of the bay, evoking the feeling of a yacht gliding out of the marina at golden hour.

No Newport tribute would be complete without its iconic flavors, and this celebration delivered them in unforgettable fashion. From Del’s Frozen Lemonade to Pasta Beach and Clementine’s Ice Cream, beloved coastal staples were thoughtfully woven into the evening, transporting guests to seaside summers for one night only—right in the heart of Miami.
